Yes, cancellations prior to November 9 will receive a full refund. Cancellations from November 9 – January 10 will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued after January 10, 2025. You can transfer your registration to another employee withing your pracitce prior to February 21 free of charge.
Business casual. We recommend bringing a jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.
Notebook and pen will be provided at registration. If you prefer to take notes electronically, feel free! Just pre-charge your device.

For an All-Access Pass, we recommend arriving no later than 3 PM Thursday. This will give you time to check into the hotel, stop by registration to grab your badge, and get ready for the kickoff Welcome Reception which starts at 7 PM.
If you’re attending a pre-conference workshop Thursday, we recommend flying in Wednesday afternoon.
The conference concludes Sarutday at 3:30 PM. If you promptly collect your bags and head to the airport, you can catch a flight departing after 6:30 PM.
Note: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days after the conference if you’d like to extend your stay!

Comfortable shoes and attire are recommended for the evening event which a portion of which will take place outside. We advise you to check the weather prior to arrival, as a jacked may be needed.
