What’s included in my registration?
- Breakfast, lunch, and evening event meals. For reference, IRS government per diem in 2025 for the area is $86/day.
- All sessions on the main conference agenda Thursday and Friday.
- Both keynote speaker sessions.
- Admission to the Desert Nights & City Lights event.
Why do I need to register using a unique email?
It is required to create a unique login for the conference app you’ll use to build your agenda. It also ensures all attendees receive meeting communication.
How do I update attendee registration information?
You can edit via the confirmation email. The deadline to make changes is September 5.
How do I add a pre-conference workshop to my existing registration?
Email our team! No fees apply, just pay the price difference. Deadline to add is September 5.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, cancellations prior to June 6 will receive a full refund. Cancellations from June 7 – August 8 will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued after August 9, 2025. You can transfer your registration to another employee within your practice until September 5 free of charge.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. We recommend bringing a jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.
What do I need to Bring?
Notebook and pen will be provided at registration. If you prefer to take notes electronically, feel free! Just make sure to pre-charge your device.
What Airport should I fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) which is 10 minutes from the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix where the meeting is taking place.
What time should I schedule my flight to arrive?
For an All-Access Pass, feel free to arrive anytime Wednesday.
If you’re attending a pre-conference workshop Wednesday, we recommend flying in Tuesday.
What time should I schedule my flight to depart?
The conference concludes Friday at 3:30 PM. If you promptly collect your bags and head to the airport, you can catch a flight departing after 5:30 PM.
Note: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days after the conference if you’d like to extend your stay!
Does the Airport have shuttle service?
No but various ground transportation options are available. Check out the Hotel Reservations page for more information.
What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable so dress as you feel fit! Dress code for the meeting is business casual which can be your guide here as well if you're unsure what to wear.
