TherapyCon is open to the Therapy and Rehab community.
CEOs, owners, therapists, practice managers, administrators, and support staff from practices across the country will all benefit from TherapyCon. To be able to cover all aspects of the program, it’s best to send multiple team members to cover all the program has to offer.
In fact, most attendees send more than one person.
The conference is from Wednesday, March 6, through Friday, March 8, 2024.
We will host pre-conference bootcamps on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

Policies
Refund or Cancelations
No refunds or credits will be issued after a ticket has been booked for TherapyCon. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your ticket to another member of your practice. To transfer your ticket, please contact therapycon@raintreeinc.com.
In the event Raintree must cancel TherapyCon at any time due to Unforeseen Circumstances, Raintree will provide registrants with a credit towards the next event. No further refund of fees shall be issued.
Unforeseen Circumstances are defined as circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Raintree, such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, etc. In addition, the following shall be considered Unforeseen Circumstances with respect to a pandemic: the state and/or federal agency responsible for public health or disease control where TherapyCon is located (or the country(ies), state(s) or province(s) from which a majority of event attendees are traveling, issues a regulation, advisory, notice, or warning (collectively, a “Notice”) advising travelers to avoid travel to the city where TherapyCon is located, or to shelter in place/stay at home as a result of the a pandemic, and such Notice includes the date(s) of TherapyCon.
ATTENDANCE PROHIBITIONS
TherapyCon is for Raintree users and rehabilitation practices who want to learn about industry trends and network with colleagues. Competitors of Raintree Systems and people attending on behalf of competitors (collectively “Competitors”) are prohibited from attending TherapyCon. In our sole discretion, we will not accept TherapyCon registrations that we believe are Competitors. Competitors discovered at TherapyCon will be removed immediately.
All materials about Raintree disseminated or produced at TherapyCon, including photos and videos of TherapyCon are Raintree proprietary information and may not be shared without our express written consent. If we discover Raintree’s proprietary information has been shared without our consent, we will pursue legal remedies to enforce our rights.
