Front desk team members will learn how to manage eligibility, authorizations, and therapy benefit verification (TVBEN), with a focus on navigating the Eligibility and Authorization Dashboards, understanding authorization types, and using eligibility records to support point-of-service collections. Back office staff will gain in-depth knowledge of the TVBEN setup, including batch and on-demand reverifications, template configuration, and best practices to ensure accurate and streamlined benefit verification processes. The session also covers key reporting tools—such as the Future Appointments Missing Authorization Report and Copay Reports—to help both front and back office teams identify and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
