Front desk team members will learn to manage eligibility and therapy benefit verification (TVBEN) records, navigate Eligibility Dashboards, and use eligibility information to support point-of-service collections.
Back-office staff will gain in-depth knowledge of TVBEN setup, including batch and on-demand reverifications, template configuration, and best practices to ensure accurate and streamlined benefit verification. The session also highlights key reporting tools—such as Copay Reports—enabling both front- and back-office teams to identify and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
